I’m Elin and I am a freelance musician based in North Wales, UK. I have a passion for music in many forms, but my first love is and always will be the Cello. I began lessons at the age of 7 and it has opened the door for so many cherished experiences and led me to the varied career that I enjoy now. My goal as a musician is sharing music with others, whether this is through music performance or teaching.
I am available for performances as a session musician, orchestral, chamber and solo cellist. I offer one to one cello lessons in addition to bespoke lessons for groups.

I have experience recording at many of North Wales’ reputable studios and TV appearances for S4C. With the resource of a purpose-built home recording studio on Anglesey, I also offer remote-recording sessions for composers and other musicians from across the world.
Available as Solo Cellist at wedding ceremonies and receptions. I perform with high quality accompanying backing tracks, making any song choice possible. If you’re looking for a group, I also perform and manage the Brynafon String Quartet. Check out my ‘Weddings‘ Page for more info.
I teach Cello, Guitar & beginner Violin in 1-1 settings and group. I also lead music workshops for babies and young children, nurturing their interest in music through sound, movement and aspects of the Kodai method.
I am a peripatetic teacher for the Gwynedd & Môn Music Service and William Mathias Music Centre in Caernarfon in addition to private teaching. I currently teach Cello, Guitar and beginner Violin.

I am a music leader for the accredited ‘Camau Cerdd – Steps in Music’ specialised music lessons for babies and young children.

I work on a number of projects as a music facilitator with the hope of inspiring people. I work for multiple projects for adults with additional needs including Canfod Y Gân, Doniau Cudd and Bwthyn Sonig.
